It is not that strength doesn’t matter (it definitely does). But often athletes come to us over-powered and with an unclear understanding of climbing movement.

We help athletes build strength and apply their strength to the wall in a more intelligent way. We habituate this over time to produce stronger climbers that are also better problem solvers.
